People on linkedOUT.now often describe toxic managers through patterns such as:
- Credit-taking and blame-shifting
- Public humiliation framed as feedback
- Moving goalposts so success is impossible
- Punishing boundaries or use of PTO
- Playing favorites while denying politics exist
If you post here, describe behaviors and impact. Prefer role titles over private individuals full names when possible.
