We want the truth, not chaos. These guidelines keep the site useful, readable, and less likely to become a dumpster fire with a comment section.

Allowed

• Honest stories about why you quit or considered quitting.
• Specific workplace patterns, policies, culture problems, and management behavior.
• Anonymous stories or stories under a display name.
• Mild swearing, if it fits the story.

Not allowed

• Doxxing, threats, harassment, or calls for retaliation.
• Personal attacks on private individuals by full name where avoidable.
• Spam, promotions, fake submissions, or off-topic rants.
• Claims you know are false.

Moderator note

Moderators may edit, reject, or remove submissions that are defamatory, threatening, doxxing, promotional, or impossible to understand without a team of workplace archaeologists.
